The Brown Family has recently taken ownership of Brown’s Coastal Corner Market & Deli, and the changes we’ve seen so far have been top notch. The market appeared in Long Beach about three years ago, with an interesting mix of gourmet noshes and quick-grab favorites. Here, you can find a box of breakfast cereal, produce, and all manner of yummy gourmet items and wines, in addition to firewood, organics and ready-to-eat meals and treats.
The Browns have been expanding the prepared food, offering hot meals daily, and are quick becoming a favorite spot to grab lunch. They’ve added a couple of café tables indoors and, weather permitting, outdoor seating is available. Most of their deli customers take their food to go. “I’d like to think they all enjoy the beach with their lunch but I’m sure many are heading back to their desks.” notes proprietor Linda Brown.
The senior Browns, Don and Linda, moved to the Peninsula a couple of years ago and now their sons and their families are joining them, making Brown’s Coastal Corner Market and Deli a family operation. Stop in to say hello. They’re really some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.
We’re delighted to be working with them to re-brand the business with consistency in messaging. A logo and business cards were first out of the gate, echoing the color palette and fixtures established within the building.
