Whether developing a marketing plan, teaching you to blog or consulting regarding such things as statistical analysis of your project, we charge a flat rate of $75 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments with a 30-minute, monthly minimum.

Initial consultation on a new project (up to one hour) is waived if the project comes to fruition.

Design Services, Printing

Design fees are quoted per project and are based on our hourly rate of $75.  Or, you can skip use of our design process and design your own FULL COLOR print projects and order them online, 

We have developed relationships with a variety of printers and are very experienced in matching a specific job to the press best-suited to complete it.  While our online ordering website is a great tool for full-color, gang-run printing, it’s never a bad idea to ask if we can get a better price or different materials through another vendor.

Web Sites

The web world is complex and each site has its own needs. Whether maintenance of your site means a simple update of text on a page, or aggressive behind-the-scenes search engine marketing, we keep you in the driver’s seat. Our job is to educate and provide options. You make an educated decision and watch us give you the best bang possible for your hard-earned buck.

The thing is, websites are never really ‘done’. We include a 30-day guarantee on new site builds, time for you to make sure everything is working A-OK and no small details (like typos) were missed. But then what?

Some web developers charge a monthly maintenance fee and take care of your ongoing updates. There’s nothing wrong with that; depending on your needs, it could be a really good value for you. The thing is, we’ve found that most folks don’t really understand what they are buying in these monthly agreements. Consequently, they don’t use service they’ve paid for and are frustrated with extra fees when they need work that isn’t covered in the policy.

We prefer to only bill you when we do something for you. When you need updates, call or email. If you would like us to pre-quote the work, we’re happy to do so. We’re pretty darned efficient. After all, our business is putting money in YOUR pockets.

We bill in 15-minute increments, so it’s the most cost-effective to send us a chunk of work at a time, rather than a nibble here and there. If you’re a beachdog hosting customer, you have several services at no additional charge:

• Domain Maintenance. At your request, we will renew your domains on your behalf and bill you for reimbursement. This saves you from keeping track of domain renewals and sorting through all the phishers who send you email and paper bills that look like renewals but are actually transfer agreements.
• Statistics. You’ll have online statistics available to you and we’ll give you information on how to interpret them. Optionally, you can schedule consultation time to learn how to use this information to your best advantage.
• Server Monitoring and Upgrades are just a part of the ongoing services that are yours in return for your trust in us. While we don’t test every page of your site on a daily basis, we monitor changes in the web community which may affect your site. We upgrade programs on our server and make them available to you.
